Makis is a senior HR Leader backed by proven 25 years tracked record in managing variety of human resources on retail, telecoms and B2B businesses in both Greek companies and multinational as well. His specialties mostly deals with all aspects of training, HR development, organization optimization and development, talent management, sales strategy development, as well as he provides a portfolio of consulting services on the areas of human resources and sales.

Makis has a broad experience on training business professionals of all levels and across industries and areas, and also internally in the companies he has worked. As consultant provides training, coaching and design on the areas of sales strategy, sales organization and all aspects of talent management. Some of his clients are Pappas Elevators, Superhome, Ermes Group, CTC Group, Greek Yellow Pages, EIAS, Motodynamic, Teleperformance, Kotsovolos, Doukas School, Hondos, 3 Alfa, etc.

Makis has participated as Executive Board Member of Teotec of Theocharakis Group of Companies, has been co-operating as strategic partner at i-Leads Lab of University of Piraeus and at Cyprus International Institute of Management as well.
